If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 (FOURTEEN) days of when your order was received.
Please note that returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), and have original tags still intact. Vintage Joy pieces are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to refund original shipping charges.
Please include your packing slip in your return. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process.
When returning items for a refund, a $12 restocking fee will be deducted. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please ship all returns using a tracked shipping method.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 2 days if your items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at shop@joydreamers.com with a photograph so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items purchased during a sale are final sale.
Items purchased at Pop-Up events are FINAL SALE. (Rose Bowl Flea Market, Flea Markets)
Final sale items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
